We run Rollti as a licensing model, not a traditional franchise. Is there territory exclusivity?
Licenses are approved on a site-by-site basis. We don’t promise blanket territory exclusivity, but we do take spacing, trade areas, and market coverage seriously when approving new locations.

Is Rollti a franchise?
No. Rollti operates on a licensing model, not a traditional franchise. This means fewer complicated rules and more flexibility for operators, while still following clear brand and operating standards to keep quality consistent across all outlets.
Do I need F&B experience to open a Rollti?
Not necessarily. Having F&B experience helps, but it’s not a requirement. What matters more is your willingness to follow the system, manage your team properly, and run the outlet seriously. We provide training and support to help you get started.
How much capital do I need to get started?
This depends on the store format you choose. As a rough guide: • Kiosk: from RM50,000 (equipment) + RM20,000 license • Inline store: from RM70,000 (equipment) + RM30,000 license • Flagship store: from RM95,000 (equipment) + RM40,000 license Renovation, rental, and working capital are separate and depends on your location.
What are the monthly fees?
There are two ongoing fees: • Royalty: 4% of monthly gross sales • Marketing (A&P): 2% of monthly gross sales That’s a total of 6%, which goes towards brand support, marketing, and system development.
How long does it take to open a Rollti outlet?
Most outlets open within 2–3 months. Approval usually takes 2–4 weeks, followed by renovation and setup which typically takes 6–10 weeks, depending on the site.
Can I choose any location I want?
You’re free to propose your preferred location, but all sites must be reviewed and approved. This helps protect both you and the brand by ensuring the space suits the concept and has good business potential.
Will Rollti help with training and opening?
Yes. We provide training for operators and staff, guidance on equipment and setup, and support during the opening phase to help ensure a smooth launch.
Do you provide ingredients or raw materials?
We provide approved product standards and guidelines. Specific sourcing and supply arrangements will be shared during the discussion stage to ensure consistency and food quality.
Can I open more than one outlet?
Yes, many partners start with one outlet and expand later. Multi-outlet opportunities are considered based on performance, operational readiness, and location availability.
What happens when my license period ends?
At the end of your 3 or 5-year term, you’ll have the option to renew your license, subject to performance review and mutual agreement.
